Me, Charles
Birthed, weaned and reared in South East London, Me, Charles is at last present, and building a relationship with himself. Drawing influence from artists such as Jeff Buckley, King Crimson and Oneohtrix Point Never, Me, Charles’ music charters a course between alt rock, jazz and experimental electronica. Dealing with themes of loss, addiction and alienation, the singer/songwriter/guitarist/producer creates music that is both caustic and tender, candid and mocking. Having released his debut LP, ‘Like and Share’, last year to a warm reception, and set to follow it up with another EP later in 2021, Me, Charles is fast becoming known as one of the most exciting and dynamic projects emerging on the London circuit.
