Talitnite Ouaouani

Machar Talitnnite Ouaouani is 83 years old and lives in the village of In Barbar in the Algerian Sahara near Djanet. Her practice of playing Imzad is a community offering who she regularly plays for in local ceremonies. ãssia and Talitnnite met a few years back and have practised together, they are hoping to continue practising in the years ahead.
