ICE AND THE FROZEN SEA

We are working with Frozen People Festival, Oulu, Capital of Culture, 2026 to produce new music and performances on the rapidly melting frozen sea. A carousel will be created in the frozen sea which will rotate, powered by hydro-electric power. We are creating new music inspired by the collection of sounds of the sea, with instruments and synthesisers made out of ice, with Terje Inguset electronic music producer Matthew Dear, and Sami artists. This will be streamed and broadcast on Earth Day 2026.
