CØELHO

Brazilian producer composer, bass player and synthesizer fiend Rodrigo Coelho has a history of collaborations with names such as Arto Lindsay, Naná Vasconcelos, Azymuth, Emma-Jean Thackray and others. Among his monikers and projects, he’s also known as grassmass for afro electronic endeavors, and cøelho, which outputs his ambient and experimental works. Founder of UIVO Records label and RBMA NYC 2013 alumni, Coelho is also one of the creators of Matiz, a hi-fi spot and studio in São Paulo, and is currently working on his next project ÉTER, a retrofuturist band taking 80’s imagetics and propelling it to the 21st century.
